Job Description:

As a valued member of the C2TECH Software Engineering group, Senior Software Engineer is involved in the entire software product lifecycle including design and development as well as management and coaching of team members.

 

  • Guide design and develop of software modules that meet quality objectives, engineering methodologies and guidelines set by C2TECH
  • Provide technical leadership, career development, and mentoring to team members
  • Participate in requirements analysis phase and contribute to the High Level as well as detailed product specification documents when required
  • Recommend enhancements, improvements, and innovations to the existing technology and recommend the development of new solutions and technology prototypes
  • Participate to recruiting, mentoring and making effective world class engineering teams
  • Daily management of objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, risk and performance management of all reporting staff
  • Maintain high morale and motivate team to go above and beyond



Software Developer - Ankara

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience on C/C++/Java programming
  • Experience on network protocols and network programming
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, VoIP
  • Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Design/Programming
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL with the ability to write highly efficient stored procedures
  • Experience on database administration including replication and partitioning in a highly dynamic enterprise-level environment
  • Experience with performance tuning on Oracle SQL Server and/or MySQL Server, data integrity, data retention, data analysis and data input/output processing
  • Basic knowledge of UML
  • Basic knowledge on configuration management systems
  • Experience on Embedded Systems and Real-Time is a plus
  • Experience on software development life cycle
  • Understanding of customer requirements for resolution of problems beyond contractual obligations.

  • Participate in requirements analysis phase and contribute to the High Level as well as detailed product specification documents when required.

  • Conduct unit, integration, performance and, if required, system testing in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Establish technical documentation by writing design and test documents as well as drafting initial versions of product manuals for the corresponding parts.

Job Description:

As a valued member of the C2TECH, Sales and Marketing Specialist willgenerates sales, develops new markets, maintains current clients, and secures new clients. The required responsibilities are as follows;


  • Accountable for the achievement of established source and supply targets.
  • Visits potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Issues quotations and proposals and negotiates fees, terms and conditions to clients.
  • Prospect, and cultivate leads to generate revenue in accordance to C2Tech sales strategies.
  • Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes purchase and sales.
  • Independently develop and collaborate on purchase and sale proposals, working closely with staff to ensure that project scope, schedules and budgets are accurately planned, monitored, communicated and met.
  • Analyze business performance by category, account and client.
  • Visit existing clients throughout the world to maintain business and seek new business opportunities.
  • Work with supervisors and staff to meet customer and client expectations.
  • Responsible for follow up with clients after project closure.
  • Develop new revenue producing projects.
  • Provide input to the design and implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns to support the sales budget.
  • Conduct marketing studies and surveys to determine market needs and to monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Represent C2Tech at Trade Shows and Conferences.
  • International Travel is required.
