QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

CTech Information Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TAI), has been operating in the fields of Defense, Aviation, Space and Satellite Technologies, Communication Systems, Cyber Security, Modeling, and Simulation since its establishment in 2005.

We are currently seeking a “Corporate Development and Strategy Manager” to be appointed at our office located in Istanbul Pendik – Kurtköy at “Istanbul Technopark.”

Qualifications:

– Graduated from engineering departments of universities (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
– Minimum 5 years of experience in the field (Preferably experience in defense industry and R&D companies)
– Proficient in English
– Strong reporting and presentation skills to top management
– Positive, strong, and proactive communication skills
– Strong problem-solving skills, responsible, and analytical mindset
– Planning and organizational abilities
– Proficient in fundamental processes of the organization

Job Description:

– Conducting regular surveys to measure internal stakeholders’ satisfaction in the business relationship with support service units and reporting the results
– Establishing communication with our affiliated institution and consulting firms, and if necessary, sharing compiled documents from internal units
– Managing corporate applications for optimized usage (ERP, JIRA, PROQ, PDKS)
– Proposing strategic or organizational agenda for the development of the company, organizing corporate development meetings with the designated participants, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on actions
– Updating the strategic management plan as required
– Coordinating with product managers to prepare financial business plans
– Determining annual targets for sales units
– Organizing necessary meetings to monitor sales achievements
– Reporting corporate performance indicators by comparing them with corporate goals
– Keeping SWOT and PEST analysis up-to-date, planning corporate actions accordingly, controlling and preparing action status reports
– Conducting internal and external environmental analysis and reporting
– Organizing and implementing activities for corporate awareness, improvement areas, and actions for company development (such as consultation and sharing meetings, surveys, etc.), analyzing the results, assigning necessary actions to departments, monitoring their implementation, and reporting the results
– Monitoring the company’s budget plans and actual performance and contributing to management reporting
